 Changing Commission Rates and Advancing

Solution

Commission rates and advance terms can only be changed by the direct upline using the agent portal.  Here are the steps to complete the process:

1. Log into the agent portal at https://insuranceadmin.com/agent/

2. Click "Downlines" from the navigation menu and search for the agent in the downlines list.  

3. Click the view button (magnifying glass icon) on the downline's record.

4. Click the "Change Rates" tab.

5. Enter the new commission rates and/or advance terms and then click "Submit" at the bottom.

 

Please note that this can only be done by the immediate upline (one level up). Anyone above the upline in the hierarchy will not see the "Change Rates" tab. Also note that the rates can not exceed the upline's and can not be lower than that of any downline.
